Your order will be on your doorstep within 3-5 business days from the date it shipped. Processing may take up to two days before we can get it sent out, so the ship date will actually be a day or two later than when you placed the order . Please note: We do not include weekends or holidays in the processing time. We like weekends too! Orders placed Mon-Fri before 12pm CST will usually ship that day, but unexpected delays do occur. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the order has shipped. Standard UPS Shipping is offered to the 48 contiguous United States. If you happen to use a shipping address in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories, your order must be shipped via USPS Priority mail. To deliver to any of these specific addresses above, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
FREE PICK UP AT FLAGSHIP STORE
When selecting shipping options at the end of the check out process, you will have the option to select free pick up at Indigo Eclectic, located at 1023 State Hwy 361 Suite F, Port Aransas 78373. Your item may be available for pick up as early as the next morning, but on occasion it may take up to 2 business days to process your order. You will receive email confirmation when your order is ready for pick up at the Port Aransas location. FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100
If you are purchasing an order that totals over $100, you may select the option for FREE SHIPPING when selecting your shipping preference. You will also still receive our preprinted return label for easy returns. See below for more return policy information.
Not totally happy with your purchase? No biggie! With every order shipped via UPS, we include a PRINTED RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. Just use our provided addressed label and send it back our way. Any items you would like to return for full refund or exchange must be shipped to Indigo within 10 DAYS from the date you received your package. You can also receive store credit when you ship items back within 30 DAYS. All returned packages must include the merchandise in original condition, with tags still attached, and with the return form in the box. To make sure your item is eligible for return, please review the list of non-returnable items below.
After we get your package, your return will be processed within 7 business days. In addition, please allow a couple of days to see the funds reflected in your account. You will receive notice via email letting you know that your return has been processed, so keep an eye out for that too. To cover shipping and handling of the return, $8.50 will be subtracted from the refund amount. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot offer return shipping labels for any address in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes, or US Territories.

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your new favorite item is in stock! Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email to confirm.
All items eligible for return must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way with original tags attached. Carefully review the non-returnable items listed below to make sure your items can be sent our way for a return or exchange. If you are under the impression that you received something incorrect (size, style or color) or defective, you must let us know within 5 days of receipt by notifying email@example.com.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the following returns:
- Intimates, jewelry, and other accessories
- Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
- All items marked “FINAL SALE”
- Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or altered
- Items returned with deodorant stains, makeup stains or any other type of stain damage
- Items returned that smell like smoke, perfume, or any other type of odor damage
- Shoes without the original box (which must be free of postage stickers or stamps).
- Indigo reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds and update this Policy at any time without notice.
An agreement between us to sell you fabulous product is made when the order is placed. We ask that you unpack and check out the goods as soon as possible after delivery. Any and all claims must be reported to Indigo within 5 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If any shipments are refused from Indigo, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
